The past 3 weeks (and let's face it, probably the past 3 months) have been really tough on my stomach. Not only in terms of my dietary restrictions (I'm lactose intolerant, and I've been eating things such as waffles with cream, Krispy Kreme doughnuts, cake, ice cream, yogurt, pizza...oops), but also in terms of my stomach's...girth? Now that it's spring though, I believe it's time to turn over a new leaf.
I'm going to stop acting like I have an iron stomach and start treating my poor tummy with a little bit of care. And maybe even start exercising again. Wow!
Korean food alone is pretty good for my stomach and appearance, so if I just go back to that, I should be fine! Stop the cookies, snacks, etc.
On another note, Matt left yesterday, so I am sad. But I am optimistic for the rest of this year, mostly because the weather is nice. Bittersweet, I suppose.
